Phone Sex Employment
Almost every week I receive an email from someone asking how they can become a phone sex operator (pso). Some even ask if I’m hiring. As much as I think I’d really dig being the madam of an aural cat house, I don’t have employees. I run my own business through NiteFlirt but I’m just a one-woman operation. What I can do is send pso hopefuls some of my favorite links to websites that have helped me succeed. I’ve always been independent, having never worked for a phone sex company. NiteFlirt, at first glance, may look like a company but it’s made up of women and men just like me that only use it run their businesses. NF connects the calls and processes the payments. We set our own hours and prices and do our own marketing. The only higher power I have to answer to is the almighty IRS. Man, I wish they’d let me pay my taxes in trade.
Another question I’m often asked is how much money I make. *blink* Okay, that’s just rude. lol I’ve even been asked that from within the pso community and it’s still rude. I’m willing to lend a helping hand to anyone that asks, but I will not answer that question. It’s no one’s business. I will say this: When I started this phone sex gig, I wasn’t making squat. Through marketing, research and building up a client base I’ve managed to get to the point where I live comfortably. I live alone and pay all of my own bills. I’d guess that 85% of this revenue (I have other adult projects going) is made up of appointments and arranged calls. I don’t have to log on and cross my fingers hoping someone will call. If I decide to log on and wait, it’s now because I want to and not because I have to. I enjoy getting to know new guys and I’ll try to snag a few every so often by spending a few hours in “available” status. I’m very lucky that my blog is so widely read and many brand new callers do click my call button when I’m not available and they arrange a call. I’m good at what I do and they usually become regular callers. I don’t click with everyone. That’d be kinda freaky if I did. lol But I am friendly, intelligent, creative and understanding. Many of you seem to like that and I appreciate you all. ![]()
